If Lord of the Rings and steak isn’t enough to convince you, then perhaps New Zealand’s education system will! It has more than 600 institutions of higher education, 5 of which are found in the top 50 of the world’s universities according to the QS World Top 500 rankings.

Degrees and diplomas from New Zealand colleges are recognized around the world, and are considered to be equivalent to those from Britain. Tuition fees and living costs here are much cheaper compared to other countries like the U.S. and Australia, and the education system is more laid back, allowing you to enjoy your college experience.

There are also many work opportunities for international students during and after they finish university. In fact, working in the country alone will make you eligible to apply for permanent residency.
