Each plan begins with Lesson 1 Unit 1 of the corresponding level. A student may progress through the level through consecutive lessons.
Student Success Advisors may change levels after an assessment of the level is too easy or too difficult.
Contact Lesson Support to find out how they can troubleshoot. A tutor will wait in the classroom for 10 minutes or longer while the issue is being resolved.
In a situation where the class has already started and the student experiences technology issues for more than 10 minutes and is no longer able to continue the lesson in any way, the lesson will be deemed completed and will be deducted from the number of allotted course sessions in the student’s account.
It’s important to contact your SSA in advance in the event of force majeure, internet outage or other valid reasons for cancellations.
The course purchased will be valid for the amount of time listed on the website for respective plans. All courses must be taken by students during the course use period. Any courses which have not been taken or fully taken will expire upon the expiration of the course use period.
Before each class:
1. Confirm that the level of the class is correct
2. Make sure your device and equipment are ready. Make sure you have downloaded Classin and have updated the app according and enabled push notifications.
3. Click "Live Help-Contact Us" or your Student Success Advisor if you encounter any problems.
We suggest 2-3 classes per week in order to maximize learning and knowledge retention.
We use Classin for our online sessions. For the students’ ease of navigation and viewing, we recommend the use of an Android tablet or iPad in taking classes. But a laptop, desktop or touchscreen mobile phone will also work. Please note though that Chromebooks are not supported.
It is normal that a student might not be able to understand the teacher at the beginning of class.
It helps to preview the class content before class. If you want to adjust your child's level, please contact your SSA.
